Manage DSers subscription


DSers now has 4 different plans according to your needs:


-Basic (Free)

You get access to all the features of DSers except Bundle / BOGO / Advanced Mapping, Stock auto-update. You can check the full list of the features here.

You can have up to 3 stores, and 3000 products at most per account


-Standard (Paid)

$1.99 per month, or $23.88 yearly

You get access to all the features of DSers, except Bundle / BOGO / Advanced Mapping.

You can have up to 5 stores, and 7500 products at most per account


-Advanced (Paid)

$19.90 per month, or $190.80 yearly (equivalent to $15.90 per month to save $48 per year)

You get access to all the features of DSers, including Bundle / BOGO / Advanced Mapping, Stock auto-update.

You can have up to 10 stores, and 20000 products at most per account


-Pro (Paid)

$49.90 per month, or $478.80 yearly (equivalent to $39.90 per month to save $120 per year)

You get access to all the features of DSers, including Bundle / BOGO / Advanced Mapping, Stock auto-update.

You can manage stores from Shopify and WooCommerce in the same DSers account

You can have up to 25 stores, and 75000 products at most per account

You can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan depending on your current business.


Manage subscription

You can click the Manage Subscription from the bottom-left of your DSers page.


The Manage Subscription page will open. Simply click on the Change plan button


The pricing page will open and will let you choose which plan you want to upgrade.

You can also change your default billing store there

The Default billing store is the store that will be used to pay your Subscription to DSers.

Note: It is important to make sure your default billing store is active.

How to upgrade

If you want to increase your product limit, your store limit or get access to the new feature, you might want to consider upgrading your plan


You can click the Manage Subscription from the bottom-left of your DSers page.


The Manage Subscription page will open. Simply click on the Change plan button

The pricing page will open and will let you choose which plan you want to upgrade.



You will be prompted with the chance to upgrade the plan each time you exceed the limit of your current place. By example

-If you want to activate a feature currently not available such as BOGO / Bundle or Advanced Mapping which are only available on a paid plan

-If you want to import more products than currently possible in your plan (if you want to have more than 1000 products per store by example, you need to have a paid plan)

-If you want to link more stores than currently possible in your plan (if you want to have more than 3 stores per account by example, you need to have a paid plan)


After you upgrade, you may face one of the following situations:

-If you want to change the plan during your free trial, there won't be any additional charges

-If you upgrade to a more premium monthly plan after the first billing, Shopify will charge you again with the price difference between the two plans

-If you upgrade to a more premium annual plan after the first billing, Shopify will double charge you again with the price of the new plan


For example, Shopify has already charged you for the annual advanced plan of USD 190, yet you want to upgrade the plan to annual pro. In this case, Shopify will charge you again with another USD 460, which means you will pay USD 650 in total. Therefore, please contact us to get your refund for the remaining cost of your current plan, which in this case, is USD 190.



How to downgrade

It is possible for you to downgrade your plan if you are not using all the stores by example.


You can click the Manage Subscription from the bottom-left of your DSers page.


The Manage Subscription page will open. Simply click on the Change plan button


The pricing page will open and will let you choose which plan you want to downgrade.


After you downgrade, you may face one of the following situations:

-If you have more stores than allowed, you will be asked which store you want to keep using

-If you have more products than the limit after downgrading, you won't be able to import more product until you delete some

-If you downgrade to a less premium monthly plan after the first billing, Shopify will refund you with the price difference between the two plans in Shopify Credits

You can use the Shopify Credits to pay for other charges that occur on Shopify

-If you downgrade to a less premium annual plan after the first billing, Shopify will double charge you again with the price of the new plan


For example, Shopify has already charged you for the annual pro plan of USD 460, yet you want to downgrade the plan to annual advanced. In this case, Shopify will charge you again with another USD 190, which means you will pay USD 650 in total. Therefore, please contact us to get your refund for the remaining cost of your current plan, which in this case, is USD 460.



How to cancel

After January 1st, 2021, every plan will have a 14 days free trial period.

-If you are using a Paid plan (Advanced or Pro) and you decide to uninstall DSers from your store within 14 days, you won't be charged anything.


-If you are using a Paid plan (Advanced or Pro) and you decide to uninstall DSers from your store after 14 days, you will be charged 1 month, whether you originally took a monthly or a yearly plan.



How to refund

If you have any refund inquires, please contact our customer service team so we can help you proceed with that.


We will accept your refund request in the following cases:

-If the user wants to downgrade the monthly paid plan to a less premium plan, we will refund the price difference in Shopify Credits

-If there are repeated charges that occur after upgrading or downgrading the annual plan, we will refund the price of your previous plan

-If the user wants to stop using the annually paid plan, we will refund the remaining cost of your current annual plan after deducting the months being used × monthly fee (without annual discount)


Please understand that the refund process may take a while as we need to speak with Shopify Team to handle the cases.
