    How to set tracking


    You can easily manage the informations that will appear in the tracking mail that your customers will receive.

    Guide

    Go to the "Setting" page and access the "Tracking" panel


    If you activate this feature, DSers Pro will automatically trigger Shopify Shipping Confirmation email to your customers once the Tracking Number has synced from DSers Pro to Shopify


    Note: If you leave the Default setting, Shopify will automatically choose a random Shipping Carrier and Tracking website for you.


    Once you activated it for your shop, you can select the carrier that your customer will see as shipping his purchase.


    You can also set which Tracking website you want to use


    Once you made your choices, don't forget to Save!


    From now on, the next tracking email sent by Shopify will be affected by those settings.



    Custom tracking

    You can also set Custom tracking URL if you wish to do so or are using other tracking methods than the one available.


    The most important thing to remember is that DSers Pro will add the tracking number at the end of the URL.

    Let's say you want to use 17track and the tracking number is 1234567

    The final tracking address will look like this:

    http://www.17track.net/en/track?nums=1234567

    So you should enter the following address:

    http://www.17track.net/en/track?nums=

    This the same URL but without the tracking number



    Example

    Let's take the example of order 1882


    We will set APC as alleged carrier

    And UPS service to track the item


    As you can see in Shopify, the carrier appears to be APC as we set, and the tracking number will take you to UPS.


    Make sure to set this for each shop.
