Because you may have thousands of orders, and lots of old, already processed order, we have created the Archive
You can find the Archived orders in the Order menu.
You will be able to see the Open orders, and the Archived orders in the Orders Menu
On the right side of the menu name, you will see the total amount of the orders on each tab.
All the order that have been fulfilled before 30th Sept 2019 will be moved to the Archived tab automatically.
Utlimately, every orders that has been fulfilled with be transferred to the Archived tab after 4 months.
Once an order is archived, you will be able to look for them by:
-Shopify Order number -Customer Name -Email address -Tracking Number
You can then select an order and place it back to the Open order tab. The order will be placed in the fulfilled tab. You can then rollback the orders if you want to place it again, by example.
Any unarchived orders will be moved back the archived orders 7 days after you last operate them.
