We are currently facing an unforeseen issue, and you may experience some trouble with the Fulfilled orders. Currently, the previously Fulfilled orders are not displayed correctly on DSers, and the Fulfilled tab may appear empty.
We are aware of the issue, and are working on solving it.
The fulfilled orders will gradually come back to the Fulfilled tab in the next 24h.
This does not prevent you from placing more orders, it is only a display issue for the past orders. The orders waiting to get fulfilled will still be fulfilled and the the tracking numbers will still be synced to Shopify and WooCommerce.
