Order failure reasons

Sometimes, you will have orders that failed to be placed to AliExpress. We work very hard to prevent this kind of situation, therefore, here’s a detailed guide you can follow when having failed orders.


Note: Please read this article to learn about the special order requirements for specific countries.



First, let’s see what happens when you place your orders on DSers:

1. Orders are placed from DSers to AliExpress and moved on DSers from Awaiting order to Awaiting payment tab.

2. Orders are paid on AliExpress and moved on DSers from Awaiting payment to Awaiting shipment tab.

3. Your AliExpress supplier ships the package.

4. The tracking number is generated by your AliExpress supplier.

5. DSers syncs the tracking number automatically from AliExpress

6. The orders are marked as fulfilled on DSers and moved to the Fulfilled tab

7. DSers automatically syncs the tracking number to WooCommerce.

8. DSers automatically fulfill the orders on WooCommerce.

9. DSers automatically triggers WooCommerce shipping information email (it will be triggered for each tracking number).

10. Your customer gets the fulfillment email.


As you can see above, many steps are performed automatically.

Inevitably, some errors can occur.



Here are some reasons why your order may have failed:

1. The supplier changed some SKU info. Click Mapping Page to add the product again and map variants.

-It is possible your suppliers changed some information on the AliExpress product page, you might need to re-map the product with the current AliExpress supplier. If you still failed to place the order, please re-map the product once again or edit your order by clicking on Action - Edit, paste the link of your supplier and save.

If you still fail to place the order to AliExpress, please re-map once again or edit your order by clicking on Action – Edit after 2 hours.


2. This item is no longer available on AliExpress, please change supplier or product in the Mapping Page.

-Your supplier may have deleted the product on AliExpress, you should find a new supplier and re-map the product. If you still failed to place the order, you need to edit your order by clicking on Action - Edit, paste the link of your supplier and save.

3. Due to weight/size issue, this product can't be shipped to the selected region. Please change your shipping method or supplier.

-Your order quantity, total weight or size may make your choice of shipping method unavailable. You can choose another additional shipping method to set in Setting - Shipping, or you can just edit this order Shipping method by selecting another one available in the drop-down menu on the order. 4. Your link to AliExpress has expired. Please re-link your DSers account to AliExpress.

-AliExpress clears the database of the account on its whitelist every 3 or 4 months to get rid of inactive users, therefore you may sometimes need to re-link your DSers account to AliExpress. Just click on Link to AliExpress, and everything will be back to normal!


5. The product is out of stock, please change supplier or product in the Mapping Page.

-Your product may be sold out on AliExpress, you should find a new supplier and re-map the product. If you still failed to place the order, you need to edit your order by clicking on Action - Edit, paste the link of your supplier and save.

6. The product SKU was not found. Please click Mapping Page to add an AliExpress product link.

-It is possible your suppliers changed some information on the AliExpress product page, you might need to re-map the product with your current AliExpress supplier. If you still failed to place the order, please re-map once again or edit your order by clicking on Action - Edit, paste the link of your supplier and save.

If you still fail to place the order to AliExpress, please re-map once again or edit your order by clicking on Action – Edit after 2 hours.

7. The item cannot be shipped to the selected country. Please select another supplier for this item.

-Some suppliers don't deliver to certain countries, you should find a new supplier and re-map the product. Once you re-map it, you need to edit your order by clicking on Action - Edit, paste the link of your supplier and save.

8. No shipping method selected. Choose a shipping method to activate the order feature.

-You may have forgotten to set a shipping method for that country. You can set additional shipping methods in Setting - Shipping, or you can just edit this order Shipping method by selecting another one available in the drop-down menu on the order.

9. This item is under particular regulation on AliExpress, please visit AliExpress to order it.

-Some products are under certain restrictions from purchasing on AliExpress, you may need to get in touch with your AliExpress supplier for more detailed information.
