If the orders you placed to AliExpress are not appearing in your linked AliExpress account, it may be coming from different reasons.
In the following article, we will break down each of the potential reasons and provide a solution.
Where are my orders
1. Possible delay from AliExpress
There might be a delay before the orders display on AliExpress due to the AliExpress risk control mechanism, please check on AliExpress later.
2. Login to the wrong AliExpress account
Please double-check if you are logged in to AliExpress in a different way than usual, using Google login by example, or with another email.

3. Order placed to a different AliExpress account
If you have multiple AliExpress accounts, please check all your AliExpress' accounts to locate the order as it may have been placed to a different AliExpress account than the one you originally want.
Once located, please cancel the order on AliExpress and DSers will move the order to the Canceled tab.

Meanwhile, please go to Setting – Account – AliExpress account, you will be able to change the AliExpress account there.

4. Reconnecting your AliExpress account
If you only have 1 AliExpress account, please go to Setting – Account – AliExpress account, you will be able to change the AliExpress account there.

Please make sure to log in to the correct AliExpress account before linking again.
Meanwhile, please manually fulfill the order on DSers.


Once done, roll back the order and it will go back to the Awaiting orders tab so you can place it again to AliExpress.
