Due to the regulations on AliExpress, all the orders to Korea must contain a 10 or 11-digits phone number starting with 01 or 1, otherwise, the orders cannot be placed to AliExpress.
You can change the phone number to the correct one on DSers easily, here’s how.
Manually Changing Phone Number
Deactivate DSers’ Override phone number feature first on DSers – Setting – Other.
Delete the phone number you entered before and click on Save.
Go to DSers – Open Orders.
On the Awaiting order tab, find the order for which you want to change the phone number according to AliExpress’ regulation, then click on Customer Detail from the top right corner of the order.
Enter a phone number that is 10 or 11-digits and starts with 01 or 1.
Don’t forget to Save the changes.
Now you can place the order like you normally would.
Override phone number feature
Another way you can change the phone number is to use the Override phone number feature.
Go to DSers – Setting – Other - Override phone number.
Enter a phone number that is 10 or 11-digits and starts with 01 or 1, then click on Save.
Personal Clearance ID or Passport/ Alien registration Card Number
And in the Payment details page, there will be a non-optional field where your customers need to fill in their Personal Clearance ID (If they are Korean native) or Alien Registration Card Number (If they are foreigners living in Korea).
Personal Clearance ID：The personal clearance unique code consists of a 12-digit number starting with P. Fill in this field if the customer is a native Korean.
Passport/ Alien registration Card Number：Please enter your Passport or Alien registration card number. Fill in this field if the customer is NOT a native Korean.
When you input Personal Clearance ID or Passport/ Alien registration Card Number in Wix, DSers will automatically put the number in corresponding box .
This will ensure that you have all the necessary information to process your orders without issues!
Note: To add this part in Wix, you can go to Wix backend page and access Settings – eCommerce&Finance - Checkout settings and find Customize your checkout. Then activate Additional info.
Input Personal Clearance ID in the box. To make it mandatory, check the box in Mandatory field.
