Orders not appearing on AliExpress

This issue may be coming from different reason


Where are my orders

1. There might be a delay before the orders display on AliExpress due to AliExpress risk control mechanism, please check on AliExpress later.


2. Please double check if you are logged in on AliExpress in a different way than usual, using Google login by example.


3. If you have multiple AliExpress accounts, please check all your AliExpress' accounts to locate the order, once located, then please cancel it. It will sync to DSers in the Canceled order tab.

Meanwhile, please go to Setting-Account-AliExpress account, you will be able to disconnect or change AliExpress account there (learn how).

Please make sure to log in the correct AliExpress account before linking again.


4. If you only have 1 AliExpress account, please go to Setting-Account-AliExpress account, you will be able to disconnect or change AliExpress account there (learn how).

Please make sure to log in the correct AliExpress account before linking again.

Meanwhile, please manually fulfill the order on DSers (learn how). Once done, rollback the order (learn how) and it will go back to the Awaiting orders tab so you can place it again to AliExpress.
